Tuesday, October 29th – Strength Training (abs, back, arms and legs), Foam Rolled & Stretched
Wednesday, October 30th – Elliptical for 60 minutes, Foam Rolled & Stretched
Thursday, October 31st – Stationary bike for 60 minutes (17.4 miles), Foam Rolled & Stretched
Friday, November 1st – Rest day, 20 second Plank (part of the Plank Challenge I am participating in), Foam Rolled & Stretched
Saturday, November 2nd – Awesome 80s 5K Run, 20 second Plank (part of the Plank Challenge I am participating in), Foam Rolled & Stretched
This week I started a Plank Challenge (and seem to have quite a few people along for the ride - which is great, especially when the time gets up there and I need encouragement to stick with it). I am excited to see how my core strength improves by the end of November. [I am thinking about doing a Squat Challenge for December, so get ready to join in on that as well.]
In case you missed my race recap from yesterday's Awesome 80s Run, I ACTUALLY PR'ED! I guess not doing speed workouts hasn't hurt me as much as I thought. Even with that being said, I STILL NEED TO MAKE SURE I GET SOME ON THE SCHEDULE!
