Sunday, July 27th – Rest Day


Monday, July 28th –  6 mile run, Foam Rolled & Stretched


Tuesday, July 29th –  Strength Training (abs, back, arms and legs)

Wednesday, July 30th– 6 mile runFoam Rolled & Stretched


Thursday, July 31st PiYo (40 Minutes - Fundamentals), Ran stairs for 20 minutes, Foam Rolled & Stretched



Friday, August 1st – Rest DayFoam Rolled & Stretched

Saturday, August 2nd – Rest DayFoam Rolled & Stretched

REALLY?! REALLY?! I only ran 12 miles this week?! What the crap?! Trying not to get too upset with myself at this point, but I am TRYING to listen to my body. Apparently my calves did NOT enjoy the 20 minutes of stairs I ran on Thursday and have been revolting since... Praying next week will be better...
