Monday, August 4th – 6 mile run, Foam Rolled & Stretched
Tuesday, August 5th – Strength Training (abs, back, arms and legs), PiYo (Define: Lower Body)
Wednesday, August 6th– 7 mile run, PiYo (Define: Upper Body), Foam Rolled & Stretched
Saturday, August 9th – Rest Day
After last week's workouts (mostly rest days because of sad calves), this week was AWESOME. I got in 41 MILES! They weren't the easiest miles (this humidity is still kickin' my booty), but I got them in, injury-free, and for the most part with a :) SMILE :) on my face!
