This was an awesome week! It has been one of my highest mileage weeks in a long time (mostly because I used to do a lot more elliptical workouts when I had access to a gym through my job). Even with the higher mileage my body has felt great. No IT Band issues, no extra aches or pains (outside of my craptastic Fibromyalgia that is...), everything seems to be functioning well.

I was able to PR my 10K race on Sunday, was selected as a PRO Compression Ambassador on Monday, enjoy the beauty surrounding me on Wednesday's run, and ran 10 miles for a friend on Friday (Krissy, an AMAZING woman, is running her first 50K race this morning. She is dedicating each mile to a friend or a family member. She dedicated mile 10 to me, so in-turn I decided to run 10 miles for her.).

How were your workouts this past week?
