Workout Recap - Week 2

Sunday, January 5th – Walked Disneyland Parks for 4 hours, 3 mile run, Foam Rolled & Stretched



Monday, January 6th – Elliptical for 60 minutes, Foam Rolled & Stretched 

Tuesday, January 7th –  Strength Training (abs, back, arms and legs), Foam Rolled & Stretched

Wednesday, January 8th – Stationary bike for 60 minutes (18.35 miles), Foam Rolled & Stretched

Thursday, January 9th – Elliptical for 60 minutes, Foam Rolled & Stretched

Friday, January 10th – 5 mile run, Foam Rolled & Stretched


Saturday, January 11th – 16.61 mile bike ride with the hubby


I don't mean to brag (okay, maybe I do.... just a little...), but the weather in San Diego County has been AMAZING the last few days! I especially love that we are getting SUMMER weather without the summer crowds of tourists :) It has been in the 60s or 70s every day which makes for LOVELY working out weather! [[Sorry to all you folks that were stuck in the Polar Vortex... If it helps any, we do pay a HIGH PREMIUM for a Sunshine Tax - but for me it is WELL WORTH IT]]

This upcoming week will be my last week in the gym (a post on that coming soon). I am slightly nervous how I will change my workout schedule once I no longer have the Carlsbad Inn Gym to use in the afternoons (nervous more for my IT band, since I know that pounding the pavement daily makes it less than thrilled), but am excited to start changing it up a bit. Maybe I will even start incorporating yoga - like I have been saying I have wanted to do for the last year PLUS.
