Workout Recap - Week 1

Sunday, December 29th – San Diego Holiday Half, 240 squats (part of the Squat Challenge I am participating in), Foam Rolled & Stretched

Monday, December 30th – Stationary bike for 60 minutes (17.01 miles), 250 squats (part of the Squat Challenge I am participating in), Foam Rolled & Stretched 


Tuesday, December 31st –  Elliptical for 60 minutes, Foam Rolled & Stretched

Wednesday, January 1st – 5 mile run, Foam Rolled & Stretched

Friday, January 3rd – 6 mile run, Foam Rolled & Stretched


Saturday, January 4th – Rest day

First week of 2014. Great time to start fresh (or keep your streak going, depending on how 2013 went for you). I am planning on continuing to post my workouts weekly - I felt it was a great way to keep myself accountable, as well as be able to see what I had been doing, how I'd want to change things up, etc. 

Do you keep track of your workouts?

This past week I finished up my Squat Challenge. I think the picture was a little bit of false advertising ;) I don't think my legs look like that after the 30 days (but shoot, I think they would have also had to grow about 6 inches to make it happen).
