Workout Recap - Week 24

Sunday, June 11th – 4 mile run with the hubby, 4.3 mile waterfall hike

Monday, June 12th – 6 mile run

Tuesday, June 13th – Rest Day

Wednesday, June 14th – 6 mile run with the hubby

Thursday, June 15th – Hiked Half Dome

Friday, June 16th – Rest Day, Stretched & Foam Rolled

Saturday, June 17th – 4 mile hike with the hubby and pup (#Active4Asher), Stretched & Foam Rolled

Even while on vacation we managed to get in some mileage (16 miles of running, 20+ miles of hiking and tons of walking). Like I've said before - you either make time or you make excuses. But now it's time to buckle down and focus on the Chicago Marathon (I was technically using these last two weeks to "recover" from the Fontana Half and the RnRSD Full, but now it's time to get back on an official training plan and put in some work). I've got goals to chase!
