Sunday, June 4th – Rock 'N' Roll San Diego Marathon, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Monday, June 5th – 45 minutes of yoga, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Tuesday, June 6th – 4 mile run (Goal pace 9:35/mile), Stretched & Foam Rolled
Wednesday, June 7th – 90 minutes on the stationary bike, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Thursday, June 8th – 4 mile run with the hubby, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Friday, June 9th – Rest Day
Saturday, June 10th – Rest Day
Just in case you don't follow me on social media or haven't gotten around to reading my previous posts yet, let me give you the heads up and tell you that the hubby and I are out of town (and off the grid) on a camping trip. It took a ton of work to get ready, but WE MADE IT! I am extra excited about the timing of the trip, seeing as it is just after my back-to-back race weekend (Fontana Days Run Half Marathon and Rock 'N' Roll San Diego Full Marathon). Although I am going to ramp up my training again for the Chicago Marathon in October (where my goal is to PR and BQ), I'm stoked that this little break came over our camping trip so I don't have to worry about running long distances or hard speed workouts in unfamiliar locations. I'd love to get in some mileage while we are gone, but I'm not going to stress about pace or distance - just enjoying the run.
