Tuesday, July 5th – Strength Training (abs, back, legs and arms), 5 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Wednesday, July 6th – 8 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Thursday, July 7th – 18 mile bike ride
Friday, July 8th – 16 mile #TrainRun, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Saturday, July 9th – Rest Day, Stretched & Foam Rolled
I don't know what was going on this past week but I got super lazy with my foam rolling. I am normally really good at doing it in the evenings before going to bed, but for some reason this week I just opted out of it. Thankfully I haven't felt any negative effects (yet), but I want to make sure it is more of a focus next week.
