Tuesday, September 29th – 18 mile bike ride, Foam Rolled & Stretched
HOLY CRAPOLY! A week of 57 miles run?! That is CRAY-CRAY (especially with 15 of them on the trails and 9 of those in the pitch dark!)! This week felt GREAT! My long run was right in the pace range that I needed, my other runs felt strong and I didn't die on the trails - I will count it QUITE the successful week!
