Friday Five

Sometimes you have things to share, but they aren't enough for a full post, so you throw all of the randomness together in a post and use a little alliteration... So, without further ado... FRIDAY FIVE!

This afternoon I will be embarking on my first Ragnar Trail adventure. Thankfully our team (Team Blood, Sweat & Sparkle) isn't in it to win it, because I am not 100% confident on trails (especially in the dark), but I am stoked to give it a go. Ragnar Trail is a bit different than the road relays because there are NO VANS! Everyone actually camps in the middle and runs the same trail loops. I am sure I will have a TON to share (including my recaps), but if you are interested to learn more about it in the meantime you can check out the Ragnar Trail site.

As you are WELL AWARE, I love am obsessed with Pro Compression gear. If you've tried it out, you know the many reasons why I love it. If you haven't, NOW IS YOUR CHANCE! All of their pink socks are on sale for 40% off! They have even added a NEW design for the month! And have you seen the ELITE socks?! Just use code PINK at check-out to reap the rewards and save some green!

3. Brooks Fall Line

I love to #RunHappy, so Brooks just works perfectly for me! I got an email the other day about the new fall line of apparel and I am in love! I think I need the LSD Jacket or Drift Shell pronto! But first, WE NEED FALL WEATHER - because without it, even if I get these awesome jackets, I won't ever be able to wear them! I swear Mother Nature is drunk...

4. Red Seedless Grapes

For some reason, I just cannot get enough of red seedless grapes lately. Every time I go to the grocery store, I have to get a big ol' bag (and start eating them while I am picking up the rest of our groceries). I think I go through the bag in about a day and a half. But, if there isn't a serving size on the bag, it means there's no limits, right?!

5. Oofos

I have only heard amazing things about Oofos, so when they offered to send me a couple pairs of their sandals to try out and review, I was ALL ABOUT IT! And, with my upcoming fall race schedule, I think they arrived at the PERFECT time! Now to decide which pair to pack with me for Ragnar...

Any random thoughts from YOU on this FANTASTIC Friday?

Unfortunatley Brooks snakers don't work for my feet, but I am crazy in love with their clothes! All I need now is a part-time job to pay for the items, lol

Oh my gosh! I wish I can join you at Ragnar Trail! I think it'll be an amazing experience, and I can't wait for you recap!
Here we actually have Fall...today is raining a lot, and tomorrow it's going to be the same. There are 12°C degrees and trees are changing their leaves, and they're so beautiful now! Time to stay on the couch with my cats and drinking hot tea :)

Oofos are the best! They have kept my feet somewhat comfortable with my terrible PF pain in full flair. Have a great time at Ragnar!

I'm looking forward to your review on the Oofos. I've been thinking about getting a pair. And I also love the new Brooks fall merch, but you said it right when you said Mother Nature is drunk. Hurry up Fall- southern Cal misses you!
