Running 4 Those Who Can't (GIVEAWAY)

Running 4 Those Who Can't is a movement to inspire others to be active for all who can't due to illness and disabilities.

It's a grassroots movement with no website, just thriving on word of mouth (and social media shares). The #TeamSparkle Ultra crew was honored to rock the trucker hats during our #Ragnar4Rett adventure earlier this year.

Raul, the man behind the campaign, was kind enough to send me another trucker hat that I'm happily passing along to YOU (because that's what this community is all about - spreading love, sharing joy, encouraging one another, etc)! He also offers embroidered hats (as opposed to the screenprinted ones), buffs, beanies, tanks, tees, stickers, etc. Make sure to follow the movement on Instagram and you can email him at vasquez.raul@live.com to place an order.

Entering is easy, all you need to do is use the Rafflecopter below and then wait (some of the entry options are available daily, so I'd highly recommend entering early and often to have the best shot at securing some of these for yourself)!

a Rafflecopter giveaway
This giveaway will run through Friday, August 11th at 11:59pm PST. The winner will be contacted via the email address associated with their Rafflecopter account and has 24 hours to claim their prize. US Residents only. All entries are verified, so be sure to complete them or a new, random winner will be selected (don't miss out on a technicality).

Is there a cause that's near and dear to your heart?

When I'm running and things get hard (particularly in marathons), I dedicate miles to those who cannot run. Love this. - kim k.

My daughter is in a wheelchair, immobile and inverbale but tackles each day with her all. She has aicardi syndrome, a lifelong condition which only affects girls. I run for all of them.

Every year I run for a charity and donate the money me and my friends got in honor of our friend who was murdered years ago. This year we are running for the Mario Lemieux Foundation

I have never heard of this. It sounds like a great idea. I think that awareness of issues the others face helps us all to be more empathetic.
