Day 2 of 12 Days of Carlee’s Christmas

Thanks so much for stopping by for the second day of my BIG giveaway! I am BEYOND BLESSED to work with some amazing companies who have offered up some of their awesome products. Not all of the giveaways are necessarily sponsored by the companies (meaning, some of the stuff I had at the house and wanted to spread the wealth), but even still, they are all companies I love and want to spread the word about.

Just a word of warning: Make sure to stop back daily as I will be having a new giveaway every day for the next TEN days and would hate for you to miss out on any of them. Also, some of the entries are available daily (ie tweeting about the specific giveaway, pinning a picture on Pinterest, etc), so if it is an item you are super stoked on, I’d recommend entering as many times as possible.

Day 2 - 2 Pairs of LockLaces

Source

I love LockLaces. I have them on most of my running shoes (as does the hubby). They make life so much easier. I mean, just think about never having to tie your running shoes (or any laced shoes for that matter) again. They're perfect for anyone - kids or adults alike. They work great for triathletes (imagine the time you would save during transition if you didn’t have to tie and untie your shoes), runners, moms on the go, and for folks who are "differently abled" (a term I recently learned and fell in love with).

Like I said, I have LockLaces on MANY of my shoes!
I even recently won a photo contest because of my love for the product!

{Here is a video I made for the original review I posted for the product over 2 years ago. It gives you an idea of how much time they can save you.}

I was hesitant to give these up for the giveaway, seeing as I am going to have to get some new shoes into my rotation soon, but I know I still have a couple pairs in reserves so was 'okay' with letting them go (What? Did you think I would give you ALL of my cool stuff?!).

There will be two winners - each receiving a pair of LockLaces. The colors are reflective purple pursuit and reflective emerald green. [I love the reflective feature, so any time I am stocking up I make sure to grab them, but they do have non-reflective options as well.]

a Rafflecopter giveaway
As with all of these giveaways, they will run for seven days. The winners will be selected on the eighth day. This one will run through December 8th at 11:59pm. The giveaway is open to US residents only. The winners will be contacted via the email address associated with their Rafflecopter account and will have 24 hours to claim their prize. All entries are verified, so please be sure to complete them or a new, random winner will be selected.

Enter early and often; some of the options can be done DAILY
Best of luck to everyone who enters!

I've never tried these. But they sound awesome!

I'm a big fan of using the Ian knot! Usually my shoes will stay tied that way, but I'd love to try lock laces!

I've never used anything but the laces that came with my shoes- great idea and would be fun to try!

I love lock laces! They make transitions so much easier and I don't get friction spots when I run anymore :)

I love lock Laces!! I am trying to transition my old ones to my new sneakers.... since they are so awesome !!

I've never used these before but I always see them in my local Fleet Feet store. I normally tie and untie my sneakers after each run.

I tie and untie my shoes every time. I am so afraid of my shoe laces coming untied during a race.

My shoelaces are always coming untied! Would love to try LockLaces to help solve my problem!

I've thought about buying the things that you put on toddler's shoes to keep them from becoming untied... My shoelaces never stay tied when running!

I have a new pair of shoes with the longest laces EVER! These would be perfect. Thanks so much!

I would love to win these for my son. He has autism and has trouble tying his shoelaces. Thanks!

tie and untie, and adjust half way through my long runs-would love to try these!

I double tie my shoes to make sure they don't come undone when exercising. Sometimes it is hard to get them untied afterwards!

Yay! I have heard good things about these! I just haven't bit the bullet and tried them. What a great option for triathletes!

I have never tried these before, but I've heard awesome things about them.

i'm so sick of my laces coming untied mid run

My son's laces are constantly coming undone! No matter how tight I tie them or double or triple know. These would be awesome fir him on the soccer field too

These look fabulous!

I tie and untie them. I actually have a pair of lock laces that I got for my kids, sitting on my nightstand. I keep thinking I should slap them on one of my pairs of kicks...but then I can't figure out which ones they would look best on and get flustered and procrastinate about it. Perhaps I will make the swap tonight...

I've seen those and have wanted to try them but keep talking myself out of it! I need to give them a try :)

I am guilty of just slipping them on... :)

Something that saves time so there can be more running, living and loving?!! Count me in, doll!

Unknown said...

No more having to take winter gloves off to re-tie laces? Yes please!

I love Lock Laces. Didn't know about the reflective ones though -- cool!

*krystyn* said...

I didn't know about these. I'd love to try them!

Kristen M. said...

I tie and untie. These would be handy not just for running, but for living with a puppy who takes great pleasure in undoing shoe laces.

ahotsouthernmess said...

my first 5k was a mess of untied shoelaces and cold fingers...thankfully it's gotten much better ;)

Unknown said...

I tie them and untie them every time. That's why I love TOMS. No laces involved. ;)

Unknown said...

I've been wanting to try these for awhile and the laces in one pair of my shoes just broke!

Andrea said...

How have I lived my whole life without knowing about these??

Running shoes are tied and untied. Walking are slipped on

I tie my shoelaces right now, but it's always a pain and I find that I get so bothered when they loosen on me! I've been eying Lock Laces for a while!

Unknown said...

I usually double knot and untie later.

Hayzer said...

I run in the morning here, so the reflective ones would be great! Never tried them but am glad Carlee posted about them so I can put them on my radar to try! - Ashly

i always slip mine on and off.

vossta said...

I don't know why but I hate tying shoe laces I try to buy mostly slip on shoes but my athletic shoes still have laces.

Amy Lauren said...

I tuck my laces underneath the other laces in the shoe, but I'd love to try these.

Zenaida Arroyo said...

I use locklaces as well. :-)

I've always wanted to try! Awesome giveaway, Carlee! Happy holidays!

I prefer slip ons but will tie shoe laces as well. Thanks.

Unknown said...

My running shoes, I tie and untie every time. My normal sneakers, I have found the sweeet spot and since the back is flexible, I slide them on and off

Liz Mitchell said...

Interesting …would love to try these.

Jaz said...

I keep hearing about these! Really want to try them!

Unknown said...

Never tried these but they sound awesome.

Unknown said...

I double knot but love the thought of these!

Unknown said...

I double knot then tuck them under my other laces. Nothing is more annoying than when they come untied!! I would LOVE these!

Katie Pavelec said...

I double knot them , and retie them every time i wear my shoes.

Amanda Gehring said...

I tie and untie them every time I wear my shoes, but these purple laces sound AMAZING! Purple is my fave color!

Unknown said...

I tie and untie my running shoes every time I wear them. I have a pair of shoes that I bike and strength train in that I leave tied and just slip them on and off.

Unknown said...

Right now I have my LED light up laces in...those things don't budge at all! Even if they come untied they don't loosen up, and they aren't long enough to cause an issue.

Unknown said...

I tie and untie my shoes every time I put them on and take them off. I don't have problems with them coming untied typically so i'm fortunate on that count. Never the less the lock laces would make life easier plus I love the fact that they are reflective!

Unknown said...

these would be a bIG help during my triathlon transitions!

WVRed said...

I always tie them to put them on but slip them off. So I guess I untie them and then tie them to put them on.

Jasmine P said...

I usually try to leave them tied and slip my feet into them if I can!

I love the idea of lock laces - I just tie my shoes normally. However, I have had multiple issue with my right shoe coming lose while running, so these would be great!

Kimberly Altman said...

I just slip my shoes on. Every so often I retie.

These look great! I would love to give them a try. :)
