Workout Recap - Week 49

Sunday, November 29th – 4 mile run with the hubby, Foam Rolled & Stretched


Monday, November 30th – 19.5 mile bike ride, Foam Rolled & Stretched


Tuesday, December 1st –  6 mile progression run, Foam Rolled & Stretched



Wednesday, December 2nd – Strength Training (abs, back, arms and legs), Foam Rolled & Stretched

Thursday, December 3rd –  8 mile run, Foam Rolled & Stretched


Friday, December 4th –  12 mile run, Foam Rolled & Stretched


Saturday, December 5th – Rest Day (2.5 mile hike with the hubby and puppy), Foam Rolled & Stretched


I AM SPENT! This was my first "official" week back in training mode since my last batch of races, not to mention I came down with a bug of some sort and have been under the weather since Tuesday, so these 30 miles of running PLUS a strength training and cross training day felt like 90+!
