Monday, April 28th – 4 pace mile run, 1 minute plank, Foam Rolled & Stretched
Tuesday, April 29th – Strength Training (abs, back, arms and legs), 1 minute plank, Foam Rolled & Stretched
Friday, May 2nd – {Scheduled} Rest day, 1 minute plank, Foam Rolled & Stretched
Saturday, May 3rd – Cinco de Mayo Trail Run 10K, 1 minute plank, Foam Rolled & Stretched
This was NOT quite the week I was expecting {feel free to check out my FREAK OUT post if you haven't yet}, but when I stubbed my toe Tuesday evening and woke up to a throbbing foot Wednesday morning, I knew a couple extra rest days were going to be needed. Technically I only missed 2 workouts - a 5 mile run on Wednesday and a cross-training bike ride on Thursday. THANKFULLY the toe (and foot) seem to be back to 100% so Ryan and I were able to ROCK our trail 10K this morning.
I have a half marathon tomorrow (I won the entry from a blogger - YAY) and then it is TAPER TIME! I will have an eight miler later in the week, but other than that I think my longest until my marathon is 4 miles. BRING ON THE REST!!
