Interview

I have an interview at 1pm today. It is at a construction company in North County. I think it would be a great fit, because it sounds similar to what I was doing at my prior job. The company is a growing commercial construction company, whose primary customer is the Department of Defense. The position I am interviewing for is: Operations Clerk I.

This position is responsible for processing certified payroll for multiple projects and providing clerical support to Operations. Duties include but are not limited to:
-Submits Certified Payroll packages to owner.
-Creates and maintains Certified Payroll Tracking Logs for multiple projects.
-Creates and maintains project-specific electronic and hard copy file system by subcontractors to ensure accuracy of paperless documentation, including certified payroll
-Ensure proper electronic and/or hardcopy filing.
-Miscellaneous copying, scanning and filing.
-Collaborates with IT Network Administrator by inventorying field office equipment and furniture for re-allocation.
-Set up safety binders for job sites start-up.
-Set up Field Operations Manuals.
-Coordinates the ordering of office and safety supplies with approved vendors.
-Creates Meeting Minutes as needed.
-Distributes Operations mail.
-Presents innovative ideas for improvements to reduce costs, decrease cycle time and or improves quality.

If you are the praying type, I would appreciate if you would pray for my interview this afternoon. It sounds as though I could be a great fit for the position, but of course that final decision does not lie in my hands. Thanks in advance for your prayers and kind thoughts.
