Water

Way to be ahead of the curve California :). I came across this article in the NY Times about how many restaurants are not serving tap water instead of bottled water. It makes sense to me and I thought I would pass along the info (a. because I am happy that California started the trend and b. because we should all think a little more about sustainability, even if it is in the little things like not buying bottled water or bringing your own bags to the grocery store).

“Filling cargo ships with water and sending it hundreds and thousands of miles to get it around the world seems ridiculous,” Mr. Bastianich said. “With all the other things we do for sustainability, it makes sense.”
