Grrrr. So the new postal service INCREASE went into effect on Monday, which is a pain, but I don't necessarily care about it. I have tried to go to TWO different post offices in the past 2 days and BOTH have been OUT of 1 and 2 CENT STAMPS! They had to know that this rush on 2 cent stamps would come when they increased the price. Maybe I should just tape 2 pennies to the letters that I want to mail, or maybe I will cut off a small amount of a 39 cent stamp.... WHAT A PAIN. Way to think ahead US POSTAL SERVICE! GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR.
