Joshua = Rock star!

For those of you who know Joshua Chaisson, you should consider yourself lucky. For those of you who do not know him, I would get to know him, hehe. I met Joshua this past summer at the University of San Diego. Joshua was one of the other two interns that I worked with for my summer internship at USD. He came out to California from Maine a couple weeks after me, but it didn't take much time for him to get accommodated to the school and everyone there. It was a blast getting to know him and spending a lot of time with him during the summer. After the summer he went to BULGARIA for a semester to study abroad (crazy, I know) and then came back to Maine to finish his undergrad career at the University of Southern Maine. He will be graduating this Saturday and flying out to work at San Jose State for the summer on Monday. I am sure he will do awesome there. He sent me an email the other day with a press release that the school released about him, check it out here: http://www.usm.maine.edu/mcr/news/0607releases/Outstanding07.htm. Here is just a small snid-bit of what they say about him: "He became the first USM Student Body president in 2005, and in 2006 co-founded the University of Maine System Student Government, an organization that addresses academic and financial issues for students attending Maine’s Public Universities. He testified online to Congress and in person to U.S. Secretary of Education Margaret Spellings on strategies to keep tuition costs down."

I am honored to know you Joshua and love that you are in my life.
