Workout Recap - Week 17

Sunday, April 22nd – 6 mile run with the hubby, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Monday, April 23rd – 4 mile run with the hubby, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Tuesday, April 24th – 3.1 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Wednesday, April 25th – Rest Day, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Thursday, April 26th – Rest Day, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Friday, April 27th – Rim2Rim2Rim at the Grand Canyon with the hubby, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Saturday, April 28th – 4.25 mile hike to Devil's Bridge in Sedona, Stretched & Foam Rolled


WHOOOO HOOOO! After months of preparation and training the hubby and I finally tackled running (and hiking) Rim to Rim to Rim at the Grand Canyon! I will be sharing a full recap (hopefully in the next couple days when all the memories and feelings are fresh) but we were able to push our bodies further than we ever have before! My Garmin registered 56 miles (although I think the canyon walls played a role in that and it was closer to 47-50) in just over 16 hours. WE DID IT!
