Workout Recap - Week 47

Sunday, November 13th – Rock 'N' Roll Las Vegas Half Marathon, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Monday, November 14th – 45 minutes of yoga, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Tuesday, November 15th – 3 mile walk, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Wednesday, November 16th – Strength Training (abs, back, legs and arms), 3 mile walk, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Thursday, November 17th – 15 mile bike ride, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Friday, November 18th –  10 mile walk, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Saturday, November 19th – Rest Day, Stretched & Foam Rolled


The only running I did this week was at the Rock 'N' Roll Las Vegas Half Marathon. I did get in 16 miles of walking, 15 miles of biking, a strength training session and some yoga, so that's gotta count for something, right?! I am starting to go a little stir crazy without my regular runs, but I know I need my hip back to 100% before I start training on it again.
