Workout Recap - Week 15

Sunday, April 5th – 5 mile run, Foam Rolled & Stretched


Monday, April 6th – 5 mile run, Foam Rolled & Stretched 


Tuesday, April 7th –  Strength Training (abs, back, arms and legs), Foam Rolled & Stretched

Wednesday, April 8th –  5 mile run, Foam Rolled & Stretched



Thursday, April 9th – REST DAYFoam Rolled & Stretched


Didn't realize I could stop my watch at traffic signals, so
moving time was about 15-30 seconds shorter than that

This weekend was AMAZING! Don't get me wrong, the miles earned were FAUGHT for, but being able to run for girls that can't will be in my memory for a LONG, LONG time! Can't wait to put all of my thoughts together, but for now I will max and relax with the puppy before hitting the pavement again tomorrow for Eugene!

Awesome week! I'm always a little jealous of all your sunny runs. I can't wait to read about your Ragnar experience. Congrats on finishing it and running for an awesome cause!
