Workout Recap - Week 14

Sunday, March 29th – 5 mile run (1 mile warm up, the Carlsbad 5000, 1 mile cool down), 1.45 mile hike with the hubby and puppy, 1:40 Plank, Foam Rolled & Stretched

Monday, March 30th – 8 mile run, Foam Rolled & Stretched 

Tuesday, March 31st –  Strength Training (abs, back, arms and legs), 3 easy miles with the hubby, Foam Rolled & Stretched

Wednesday, April 1st –  5 mile run

Thursday, April 2nd – 14.7 mile bike rideFoam Rolled & Stretched

Friday, April 3rd– 13.1 mile run, 5 mile hike to the Mushroom Caves, Foam Rolled & Stretched 

Saturday, April 4th #TeamSparkle 5K, Foam Rolled, & Stretched

Had to shuffle around a couple of my long runs (this week was supposed to be the 20 and last week was supposed to be the 13) due to Ragnar being like 5 DAYS AWAY, but hoping that with the adjustments my legs will be ready for the 37+ miles.
