Workout Recap - Week 9

Sunday, February 22nd – REST DAY1:05 Plank, Foam Rolled & Stretched

Monday, February 23rd – 4 mile (easy pace) run, 1:06 Plank, Walked around Disney's California Adventure for the afternoon, Foam Rolled & Stretched 



Tuesday, February 24th –  REST DAY, Walked around Disneyland in the morning and LA in the afternoon, 1:07 Plank, Foam Rolled & Stretched



Wednesday, February 25th –  3.44 mile (easy pace) run, 1:08 Plank, Foam Rolled & Stretched


Thursday, February 26th – REST DAY, 1:09 Plank, Foam Rolled & Stretched

Friday, February 27th– TRAVEL DAY (Expo and Meet-up), 1:10 Plank, Foam Rolled & Stretched 


Saturday, February 28th Phoenix Marathon, Afternoon hiking, 1:11 Plank, Foam Rolled & Stretched



This week had fewer training miles than any other week in recent history, but at least my "rest" days were pretty ACTIVE... I can't wait to get up my recaps from Phoenix - but for now, SLEEP!
