Workout Recap - Week 11

Sunday, March 8th – 4 mile run with the hubby, 1 mile hike with the hubby and puppy1:19 Plank, Foam Rolled & Stretched

Monday, March 9th – 8 mile run, 1:20 Plank, Foam Rolled & Stretched 

Tuesday, March 10th –  Strength Training (abs, back, arms and legs), 1:21 Plank, Foam Rolled & Stretched

Wednesday, March 11th –  4 mile run, 1:22 Plank, Foam Rolled & Stretched

Thursday, March 12th – 19.5 mile bike ride, 1:23 Plank, Foam Rolled & Stretched

Friday, March 13th– 17 mile run, 1:24 Plank, Foam Rolled & Stretched 

Saturday, March 14th – REST DAY, 1:25 Plank & Stretched

Although the Phoenix Marathon was just 2 weeks ago, I am ramping back up again. I've got Ragnar SoCal in less than a month and the Eugene Marathon a month after that. No rest for the weary, right?! Thankfully I am LOVING the training and don't feel burnt out (yet)!

Awesome week! I'm in awe of how you can run so much! I'd love to get in all those miles without getting hurt. You're going to rock your upcoming races!
