Monday, September 29th – 4 mile (easy pace) run, PiYo (Drench), Foam Rolled & Stretched
Tuesday, September 30th – Rest Day, Foam Rolled & Stretched
Thursday, October 2nd – 19.2 mile bike ride, Foam Rolled & Stretched
Saturday, October 4th – 5 mile (long run pace) run & Pacific Beachfest 5K with the hubby
Had some good runs (hubby's longest run to date on Sunday and what felt like an autumn, easy run on Friday) and some bad runs (a tempo run that I felt sluggish on and missed one of my pace miles on), but I kept chugging and got it done. Not to mention I ran 41 miles within 4 days between the end of last week and the beginning of this week!
I would LOVE to say we have been having fall-like temps, but that would be a COMPLETE lie! This weekend (well, I think technically since Thursday) we have had a HEAT ADVISORY... By about 8am the temps are already in the upper 80s or 90s. Thankfully I haven't had too long of runs and I am praying that the cooler weather is on its way SOON!
