Earthquake

MexiCali Earthquake Rocks San Diego and Southern California

A 7.2 earthquake earlier thought to be a 6.9 earthquake rocked southern California from Downtown Los Angles through San Diego. The Earthquake took place in Mexicali, Mexico in baja California Mexico. There were several aftershocks throughout southern California. There appears to be considerable damage in MexiCali but damage in Southern California appears to be minimal.

The earthquake's size equals the massive Earthquake in Chile and was greater than the Earthquake that devastated Haiti and highlights the risk southern Californians face.

Yes, we felt it, yes, our blinds and fruit hanger were swaying, and YES WE ARE FINE!
