Oh my goodness! Ryan and I won a trip to Costa Rica! I entered us in a contest through Dole (the company with the bananas and pineapples) and WE WON! It is a 5 day 4 night trip. Ryan spoke with the lady on the phone yesterday on his lunch break. They said we just need to give them the dates (they were thinking between January and March, to make sure we miss the rainy season). I don't have all of the details, but we are pretty excited. We didn't want to get our hopes up, in case it wasn't real, but it seems pretty legit. I guess Dole is trying to do more 'green' farming, so the trip is going to be as 'green' as possible. They said they are going to try and make as little of a carbon footprint as they can (so they are going to look into 'green hotels', 'green airfare', etc). I still am trying not to get too excited, but I just couldn't keep it to myself :) I will keep you in the loop when we start getting more details!
