Workout Recap - Week 38

Sunday, September 17th – Rest Day, Stretched & Foam Rolled

Monday, September 18th – 6 mile run (Goal HR 150), Stretched & Foam Rolled


Tuesday, September 19th – 10 mile run (Goal: 2 miles easy, 6 miles @ 7:45, 2 miles easy), Stretched & Foam Rolled


Wednesday, September 20th – 60 minutes on the stationary bike, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Thursday, September 21st – 8 mile run (Goal: 2 miles easy, 4 miles @ 7:35, 2 miles easy)


Friday, September 22nd – 4 mile run with the hubby (Goal HR 150), Stretched & Foam Rolled


Saturday, September 23rd – 16.44 mile run (Goal: 8 @ 7:50, 8 @ 7:40), Stretched & Foam Rolled


I'm pretty pumped with how my runs went this week. And that I ended with 44.44 miles without even trying! #NumbersNerd My paces have been spot on where they are supposed to be and my body isn't feeling too bad for the wear... Now it's time to start the taper and get everything dialed for CHICAGO (which is only two weeks away - EEKS)!
