Workout Recap - Week 35

Sunday, August 27th – Rest Day, Stretched & Foam Rolled

Monday, August 28th – 6 mile run (Goal HR 150), Stretched & Foam Rolled

Tuesday, August 29th – 7 mile run {1 mile warm-up, 10 x .25 mile hill repeats, 1 mile cool-down}, Stretched & Foam Rolled

Wednesday, August 30th – 8 mile run (Goal: 2 miles easy, 4 miles @ 7:45, 2 miles easy), Stretched & Foam Rolled

Thursday, August 31st – 8.87 mile run (Goal: 1 mile warm-up, 4 x 400 {at 7:00 pace w/ 2:00 recovery}, 4 x 800 {at 7:00 pace w/ 2:00 recovery}, 4 x 400 {at 6:20 pace w/ 2:00 recovery}), Stretched & Foam Rolled

Friday, September 1st – 4 mile run (Goal HR 150), Stretched & Foam Rolled

Saturday, September 2nd – Disneyland 10K with the hubby, Stretched & Foam Rolled

If you remember last week's recap, then you'll know I swapped around a couple of runs due to some commitments we had over the prior weekend, so this week looks a little low on the mileage (I ended up getting in two long runs last week and none this week). I am still pretty pumped with how my workouts turned out. I think from here forward I should be able to tackle my runs on the appropriate days until race day. Time to buckle up, focus and get my head into the game!
