Workout Recap - Week 19

Sunday, May 1st – 5 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled

Monday, May 2nd – Strength Training (abs, back, legs and arms), 5 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled

Tuesday, May 3rd – 3 mile run with the hubby, 5 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled

Wednesday, May 4th – PiYo Drench Workout, Stretched & Foam Rolled

Thursday, May 5th – Rest Day {Worked Tink Expo w/ Sparkle Athletic for 5 hours and then walked around Disneyland for a while}, Stretched & Foam Rolled

Friday, May 6th – 12 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled

Saturday, May 7th – Cinco de Mayo Trail 10K, Stretched & Foam Rolled

36.2 miles of running, a PiYo workout, a strength workout, working at a race expo for 6+ hours and playing at Disneyland makes for one tired Carlee, but it was an AWESOME week! Although I am not on a technical training schedule currently, I am still pushing my limits and putting in some serious sweat equity!
