Tuesday, May 10th – 8 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Wednesday, May 11th – 19.5 mile bike ride, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Thursday, May 12th – 5 mile run (hill repeats), Stretched & Foam Rolled
Friday, May 13th – Travel Day {drove from Oceanside to Napa}, Sunset Yoga, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Saturday, May 14th – ASICS Vine Body Sole Half Marathon, Stretched & Foam Rolled
For a non-yogi I sure did my fair share of it this week ;) 34.2 miles of running isn't too shabby either... Especially after having to be in the car of 16ish hours over the course of Friday and Saturday... The legs were DEFINITELY feeling that hill workout during Saturday's race, and I'm thinking my body might appreciate a "true" rest day soon, but everything is still chuggin' right along with very few complaints!
