Workout Recap - Week 17

Sunday, April 17th – 3 mile run with the hubby, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Monday, April 18th – Strength Training (abs, back, legs and arms), 5 mile run with friends, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Tuesday, April 19th – 4 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Wednesday, April 20th – Travel day (drove to Big Sur)


Thursday, April 21st –  Hiked & Explored around Big Sur & Foam Rolled


Friday, April 22nd – Hiked & Explored around Big Sur


Saturday, April 23rd –  2 mile shake-out run, Stretched & Foam Rolled


14 miles of running?! Really?! I swear, the taper has me going CRAZY! Thank goodness we left on Wednesday to go camping for a few days or the thought of only pounding the pavement for so few miles would have probably sent me into a tail-spin. I definitely need to make sure I busy myself (or at least do a good job with the distractions) during my taper times because it can surely drive a girl MAD!
