Monday, January 26th – 4 mile (easy pace) run with the hubby, Foam Rolled & Stretched
Tuesday, January 27th – Strength Training (abs, back, arms and legs), Foam Rolled & Stretched (and a little extra TLC for my heel)
Thursday, January 29th – (unscheduled) REST DAY, Foam Rolled & Stretched
Friday, January 30th– 12 mile (long pace) run, Foam Rolled & Stretched
Saturday, January 31st – 4.3 mile hike with the hubby and puppy (to the Hollywood sign)
This week didn't go quite as planned (Wednesday was supposed to be a 5 mile tempo run which I ended up missing altogether and Thursday was supposed to be my cross training day which I ended up doing on Wednesday). It seriously bugs me that I didn't do all of my workouts, but I know I need to listen to my body or else it will be BAD NEWS BEAVER TAILS! (A day or two of extra rest now is better than weeks of injury later!)

Nice job girl! I had a really good week where I finally started finding my speed again. Incredible how fast you lose it but how long it takes to find it again. It was definitely a confidence booster!
