Workout Recap - Week 6

Sunday, February 1st – REST DAYFoam Rolled & Stretched

Monday, February 2nd – 4 mile (easy pace) run, Foam Rolled & Stretched 


Tuesday, February 3rd –  Strength Training (abs, back, arms and legs), Foam Rolled & Stretched

Wednesday, February 4th –  5 mile (tempo) run, Foam Rolled & Stretched


Thursday, February 5th – 19.5 mile bike ride, Foam Rolled & Stretched


Friday, February 6th– REST DAY, Foam Rolled & Stretched 

Saturday, February 7th San Diego Mermaid Half Marathon, Insane Inflatable 5K with the hubby, Foam Rolled & Stretched



Although I only technically had 3 days of running and 25 miles of it, it still felt like a busy week! I'm sure the Double Race Day didn't help the situation ;) [PS Those recaps will be up at the beginning of this week, so make sure to check back to real all about them.] No more races till Phoenix though (which is less then 3 weeks away at this point - OH MY GOODNESS!).

Sounds like you had a good week! Mine was okay until today. Took an unplanned rest day due to getting hit with a cold. Oh well. Early start to my de-load week, I guess.
