Monday, September 1st – 4 mile run, PiYo (Strength Intervals AND Sculpt), Foam Rolled & Stretched
Tuesday, September 2nd – Strength Training (abs, back, arms and legs), PiYo (Sweat), Foam Rolled & Stretched
Friday, September 5th – Rest Day, Foam Rolled & Stretched
Saturday, September 6th – 10.5 miles walk/run with the hubby, PiYo (Buns AND Strength Intervals), Foam Rolled & Stretched
Although my runs/ workouts might not have lived up to their potential this week (slightly frustrated about my Disneyland Half time, switched up a couple workouts due to life getting in the way, hubby was defeated by the weather on our long run, etc), at least I still got in some mileage and tried to do it all with a smile on my face.
