Saturday, July 12th– Rest Day, Foam Rolled & Stretched
I have to say, I think I get an "A" for switching it up last week... I got in 2 sunrise runs and a pool workout! I ended up running 30.15 miles, biking 8.25 miles, had a 30 minute pool work out, and one day of strength training. LET'S KEEP THIS MOMENTUM ROLLING!
