Workout Recap - Week 32

Sunday, August 4th – 12.5 miles with the hubby (his longest EVA)



Monday, August 5th – Elliptical for 60 minutes, Foam Rolled & Stretched


Tuesday, August 6th – Strength Training (abs, back, arms and legs), Foam Rolled & Stretched

Wednesday, August 7th – Elliptical for 60 minutes, Foam Rolled & Stretched

Thursday, August 8th –  Stationary bike for 60 minutes (17.5 miles), 3.1 miles with the hubby


Friday, August 9th – Fast 4 miles (WITH NEGATIVE SPLITS, WHOO HOO - 8:36, 8:32, 8:29, 8:13), 30 minutes of hills with the hubby, Foam Rolled & Stretched



Saturday, August 10th– Rest day 

Good week. Pumped that Ryan was able to get in 12.5 miles! He is going to ROCK our half marathon in 3 weeks! We only have one more long run (14 miles next weekend) before his race - whoooo hoooo!! I am hoping I can get a couple speed workouts in between now and then. Felt great to get back into the foam rolling and stretching after not doing it for a week while we were at camp.
