Monday, August 5th – Elliptical for 60 minutes, Foam Rolled & Stretched
Tuesday, August 6th – Strength Training (abs, back, arms and legs), Foam Rolled & Stretched
Wednesday, August 7th – Elliptical for 60 minutes, Foam Rolled & Stretched
Thursday, August 8th – Stationary bike for 60 minutes (17.5 miles), 3.1 miles with the hubby
Saturday, August 10th– Rest day
Good week. Pumped that Ryan was able to get in 12.5 miles! He is going to ROCK our half marathon in 3 weeks! We only have one more long run (14 miles next weekend) before his race - whoooo hoooo!! I am hoping I can get a couple speed workouts in between now and then. Felt great to get back into the foam rolling and stretching after not doing it for a week while we were at camp.
