Workout Recap - Week 10

Getting ready for a few races coming up. My next race is in 2 weeks - a 15K (never tried this distance, excited to see how to goes - not to mention it is a Chocolate run, sounds delicious [for those who like that sort of thing, hehe]). 

Although I hate losing hours in the day (since I feel like we never have enough), I am excited that we SPRUNG forward last night. First, that means warm weather is on its way. Next, that means I will be able to start throwing in some speed work after my normal workouts (I don't like running on the roads when it is pitch dark once I get out of the gym). 

Sunday, March 3rd Easy 4 miles with the hubby (his longest run in MANY years)Foam Rolled & Stretched

Monday, March 4th - Long intervals on the elliptical for 60 minutes, Foam Rolled & Stretched

Tuesday, March 5th Strength Training (abs, back, arms and legs), Foam Rolled & Stretched

Wednesday, March 6th Elliptical for 60 minutes, Foam Rolled & Stretched

Thursday, March 7th - Rest DayFoam Rolled & Stretched

Friday, March 8th 10 milesFoam Rolled & Stretched

Saturday, March 9th - 16 mile bike ride with the hubbyFoam Rolled & Stretched

Not too shabby of a week if I do say so myself. Planning on another 4 miler this afternoon with the husbters, after we watch our sports teams kick some booty that is!
