I decided to start running again yesterday. It is only day two, so I can't say that I know for sure that I will stick with it, but I am very hopeful for it. I am thinking that I will start looking at upcoming races, just so that it is something to aim for. I wasn't planning on mentioning it on my blog yet (because I was worried that if after 2 days I stop I would feel sort of silly), but while I was out for a run today I decided it will help me have some sort of accountability with it. I don't want to be too strict with it, I want to enjoy running, so who knows.
