Raindrops

Today it has been gray, rainy and cold (high of about 50 and I think we hit that at about 8:30am). I know that sometimes I can let the weather affect my mood... If it is gray and cold out, I would rather just be in bed, but if it is bright and sunny I can normally have a smile on my face. Even though the rain has been coming down all day I have been calmed because of the sound of it. We have 'sky lights' around the office, I think 2 or 3 in each of the hall ways. You can't see out of them (the plastic is all curved and I don't even know what they are good for since you can't see light through them), but you can hear to rain plopping on the roof. Sometimes rain gets a bad wrap (and I know I don't help it by complaining about the lack of sun), but today I am okay with it (maybe cause I was in a crap-tastic mood anyway :) ).

I do hope the sun comes back tomorrow though :)
