Charlie Bartlett

Ryan and I went to the movies this weekend (he had been super busy with working with a band on their CD cover, etc all week so it was a nice way to go relax). A few months ago while we were at the movies we had seen the preview for the movie Charlie Bartlett. I remember wanting to see it, but not really knowing much about it. I thought it was about this kid that was becoming like the high school psychiatrist out of the bathroom in his high school. We went to the movie, and we both loved it. We give it a collective 4 thumbs up (if we had more thumbs we would probably give it more, hehe). We both really liked Juno, but think this might even be a little better. I heard some critics talking about it like it will be this generations Ferris Bueller flick. Here is the synopsis:
Wealthy teenager Charlie Bartlett is failing miserably at fitting in at a new public high school run by the world-weary Principal Gardner. As he begins to better understand the social hierarchy, Charlie's honest charm and likability positions him as the resident "psychiatrist" dishing out advice, and the occasional prescription with his partner and fellow student, Murphy Bivens, to other students in need. Along the way, he decides to take some of his own advice, find romance, and learn to accept who he is, thus wielding a witty dark comedy about the angst-filled years before college.

I would definitely recommend it!!
