I don't know how I haven't blogged about this yet, since it was the HIGHLIGHT of my last weekend, but some how it slipped my mind. Anyway, last Friday Ryan came down after work so we could go out to dinner and then go see Across the Universe. I had a coupon for Borders (I am in their rewards club so I get coupons emailed to me) so while we were waiting for the movie we went to Borders. Low-and-behold all of the Gilmore Girls seasons were ON SALE!! It was like a dream!! They had seasons 1, 2, 3, 4, 5,and 6. Normally the seasons are $59.99. They were on sale for $19.99 a piece. WHAT A STEAL! So I bought seasons 1 and 2 for a gift for myself. Ryan bought season 3 for my birthday present (yes, I know it is a little late, but better late than never, right). Ryan also bought seasons 4, 5 and 6 for me, but we wrapped them and they will be my Christmas present. Ryan and I are now going to start our way through them. Last Sunday we watched the first 2 episodes. I know it will take us many, many a months to watch it all, but it is WELL WORTH IT! We saved $240, I mean that is INSANE!! Thanks Ryan and thanks Borders for the sale!!

Gilmore Girls

Oh and PS. Ryan's uncle is in one of the shows in SEASON 4... It will take us a while to get there, but luckily the Oceanside Library had the 4th season a month or so ago and we rented it so Ryan could see Uncle Larry!!
