So, I guess I just assume since we are on the west coast that all of the sunsets are over the ocean. Ryan and I found out that this assumption was silly on Saturday night while we were watching the sun set. As you can see from the map, Santa Barbara is sort of in this little cove that comes back from the Pacific Ocean. The sunset was over the hills, which was still pretty, but just wasn't what we were expecting. Here is one of the sunset photos though, enjoy:
