Monday, December 12th – 90 minutes on the stationary bike
Tuesday, December 13th – 4 mile run
Wednesday, December 14th – Rest Day
Thursday, December 15th – 4 mile run
Friday, December 16th – Rest Day

Last week I took completely off after running CIM, so this week was my first week back and I guess you could say I jumped in with both feet ;) I will be sure to share my #40MeaningfulMiles recap soon, but suffice it to say I tackled 40 miles in one go. It might not have been as strong as I would have liked - but I knew I wasn't actually trained to run 40 miles strong, so it absolutely makes sense (and this run was NOT about me!). I kept putting one foot in front of the other and I GOT IT DONE! Now it's time to relax a bit before I start figuring out what I want to put on my calendar for 2023.
