Workout Recap - Week 49

Sunday, November 27th – Rest Day

Monday, November 28th – 90 minutes on the stationary bike 

Tuesday, November 29th – 4 mile run

Wednesday, November 30th – 3 mile run

Thursday, December 1st – Rest Day

Friday, December 2nd  Rest Day

Saturday, December 3rd – Rest Day

Four rest days in one week and not injured - who am I?! #TaperTime I technically had a 3 mile run on the calendar for Friday but my lower back was a bit tight and I figured one extra day of rest would be better than trying to squeeze in one last three mile run. Now here's to the final race of the year tomorrow (and my final race on the calendar IN GENERAL!).
