Sunday, December 4th – California International Marathon [CIM]
Monday, December 5th – Rest Day
Tuesday, December 6th – Rest Day
Wednesday, December 7th – Rest Day
Thursday, December 8th – Rest Day
Friday, December 9th – Rest Day
Saturday, December 10th – Rest Day
Although the body felt "fine" during the race (don't worry, I should have a full recap coming soon), I still wanted to take a full week off running. Technically CIM was the final race I had on my calendar (for 2022 AND BEYOND!), so there's no rush to jump back in and push myself unnecessarily before I'm ready for it. {I do have an unofficial "challenge" I am planning to tackle next weekend, but more on that later.} Also, my body is appreciating sleeping in a bit in the mornings!
