Monday, August 22nd – 3 miles of hill repeats
Tuesday, August 23rd – 6 mile run
Wednesday, August 24th – Rest Day
Thursday, August 25th – 3.11 mile run
Friday, August 26th – 90 minutes on the stationary bike
Saturday, August 27th – 13.1 mile run
I'm pretty proud of this week's workouts. I got in a couple quality sessions (I was stoked that after getting back from our camping trip on Sunday I was still able to get in some tough miles and then did hills on Monday to sneak in some "speedwork") and had a rough workout (I donated blood on Wednesday so Thursday's run was a bit harder than it normally would've been, which meant more walking than usual), but all-in-all I was able to keep my head held high. I also swapped my weekend runs around (was supposed to have 6 miles on Saturday and 13 on Sunday) because I was meeting friends Sunday morning and didn't want to have to set my alarm before 3:30am ;) Here's to continuing to run on!
