After taking two complete weeks off running after my 100-miler, it is time to slowly ease back into this whole thing. (I realize that although my race was two weeks ago, I technically didn't run for the four weeks leading up to the event due to my broken rib, so I'm about six weeks out from any consistent running and know it will take time to rebuild my fitness.)
