Monday, July 11th – 60 minutes on the stationary bike
Tuesday, July 12th – 2 mile run
Wednesday, July 13th – 60 minutes on the stationary bike
Thursday, July 14th – Rest Day
Friday, July 15th – Washington Yeti 100-Miler
Saturday, July 16th – Washington Yeti 100-Miler
Wow. Let's just say there will be A LOT to unpack over the next few days and I hope to have a race recap up soon, but suffice it to say I FINISHED MY FIRST 100-MILER!! The race did NOT go to plan, but I crossed the start line, I crossed the finish line and I tackled 100 miles in between. I will be taking the next two weeks as "rest days" to let my body heal from everything I've put it through (thankfully the only "issue" I currently have is a blister on the bottom of my right foot, but even so, I want to give my body the break it needs/ deserves). Then I'll jump back on the pony for fall marathon training!
